I had a truly bizarre computer issue that killed my computer. Tim spent a day and a half recovering all my data only to find every last stinking file was corrupted. We tried for a couple of days to save it, but I thought it was a lost cause. Fast forward a month and I get a call he's been fixated on finding my data and had a break through. Was having problems with a phone and my carrier thought it was the screen. They suggested I take it to OBCR. Small place tucked away but what a jewel! Ended up being a software problem that they fixed and would not let me pay. Great people and very knowledgeable. I am going back with a laptop problem. Highly recommend them! While on vacation I had trouble with my not-so-new laptop. OBCR was excellent. They were friendly, smart, fast, and had a price you can't beat. Don't waste your time with anyone else when it comes to technology repair. OBCR can't be beat.
OBCR was a complete team of Miracle Workers for me while on my vacation in the Outer Banks... As someone who is an Engineer in the IT and Telecom field I felt completely helpless being 500 miles from home while having a component failure of my Galaxy S6 Edge's Touchscreen and none of my local means to solve the problem.
