Service has been very poor the last few years. I've been using OSI now for at least 7 years. I went with them because I was not happy with Tru Green Chemlawn's service. They were great for a long time and our yard never looked better. The last 2 or three years however, they have been coming later in the season and we've had to call to ask/remind them that we hadn't received a treatment. This year has been the absolute worst. My lawn looks great! I had dandelions, violets and creeping charlie taking over my lawn until Steve and crew at OSI started treating my lawn. Now my lawn is the envy of the neighborhood and my neighbors have started to use OSI as well!
They do a Great Job! Really take care of making the yard look great
