I have taken numerous power equipment to be repaired and not one good experience. Ol fella could use a course in people skills and that is based on my observations between him and other customers.

Used this shop twice for my mower. The first was last year when my tire needed replacing. He had it back to me the same day at a reasonable price. The second time was for new blades and starter solenoid. He had it for a literal month before I got it back last week. But since it was returned, I can't get through a mow before the mower shuts off. If I wait an hour or two, I can fire it back up long enough for it to limp back to the shed.

Brought my riding lawnmower in, a Troy-Bilt Pony from 2011. It had been sitting for 3+ years, but it didn’t look like it from the outside since I gave it a good cleaning. Spent two weeks trying to get it back into shape myself, but gave up and brought it here. Boy oh boy was that the right call. These guys fixed it up SO fast. They called the same day I dropped it off and said “your engine appears as if it was sitting for a few years” and I hadn’t even mentioned it. They know their stuff! The quality of service here is a 180 from the other guys down the street. Sincere, first class work with no shortcuts. Ron is a rare breed now day's.

Overpriced and does work not needed. I had just put blades on a mower and cut the grass 2 times. They changed the blades without inquiring. Also blamed me for a bad bearing that he had just installed.
