These guys were awesome, and have great customer service. I called to find out if they had a particular item in stock as there was a slight glitch online about the delivery and they were very helpful. I was after the Ravenne Outdoor table and benches, and luckily they could help. They talked me through processing it online, and after purchasing and when it hit there system (whilst I was still on the phone) they fixed the delivery issue straight away. The lady I believe her name is Monique is unhelpful and not reliable sadly. I went to the shop and made calls that were not returned. Disappointing but Karen from the other store was amazing so I bought through her.

The floor has a good variety to choose from. Met a very helpful and lovely lady to search a particular piece of furniture I wanted. She also patiently explained some of the features of some of the furniture we are after, advice how to care for them and help followed up with the delivery. Great and high quality furniture!
