My husband and I been dealing with Outdoor Equipment Distributors over 20 years are old ferris mower burnt up this May 2024, had to buy new mower 60 inch , promised with new mower purchase we bought he get rid old burnt mower way way back yard for us he kept his word saved us a problem we are thankful he is one smart man oh and we lucky enough that home ower insurance covered it paid for new one minus our deductable it is great day
Purchased a DR stump grinder. 2 year warranty the starter would not work, Bring in for service and it's about 1 year old. The Battery Dead. said easy job only few weeks out. Turned into four months plus. No new battery, no starter and had to bring home the unit still not working. After severail calls and stopping in and asking about it being told only a few more weeks and back ordered battery (non DR ) parts. Very disappointed in the service.
