HONEST FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve only had to purchase a filter for one of my scagg mowers they had it in stock. Just purchased another Scagg from Dennis at the Muncie location. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF. They stand behind what they sale without any issue! Highly recommend this place. Great product, great prices, and great customer service! 10 stars for this company!

I will say this when I had my leaf vacuum ago down the took great care of me with speedy repair and even a loaner so my customers didn’t have to be put on hold
They are great. Gary and Sevice guys are beyond great customer service 2nd to none. Prices for repairs and turn around time unbeatable. Just bought grasshopper after old one died lasted 20 years. See Gary for all outdoor needs and service work.
After massive shopping and comparing, I purchased a Gravely Zero Turn today at the Muncie location! Dennis and staff were extremely knowledgeable and patient as I kicked tires and asked 15 million questions!
