I really love outback and have gone to this location for years, but I won’t be back. Our favorite server was fired, the best server this location has EVER had! So disappointing and sad.

My hubby and I ordered take out sirloin dinners. His was supposed to be cooked well done and mine- medium. How is it both steaks were overcooked, dry and tough to chew. I guess someone decided that I didn’t know what medium was and to be sure, made his well, well done. So disappointed! I immediately called the manager and he was disappointing too- he did rectify the issue. Needless to say we won’t be back!
RecommendedVery great service. Never once had to wave my waitress down, she came and checked on us every 5-10 mins.
Have been here twice since they had unlimited shrimp. Total waste of money. It took about 15 minutes to get a extra bowl of shrimp both times. So pay for unlimited but only get two small bowls because you don’t have enough time to set there all day. So definitely not worth the extra money.
