Placed an order and was told 25 minutes for pickup. Upon arrival there were 6 other cars waiting for their food. Waited in the parking lot another 30 minutes until I finally called "Larry" who seemed to be unaware of the situation. In the 30 minutes I waited, food was brought to two cars. There was one girl without help. Unfortunately long wait times at this location is a repeated problem I've had. Every single time I go there, there is an issue! This time the only thing I wanted was some wings......and guess what they were out of wings! It's always something there! I would NEVER go there if it wasn't my husband's favorite restaurant!
