I regret not order a steak today. I ordered pasta. It was uncooked and chewy! The food had a overall bad odor to it. What's changed? This is not my normal experience.
I love the food but the service is exceptional. Tanner is the best! He is very personable and always makes me laugh..
If I could say 0 stars I would. Was told 30 minute wait. It took 1hour and 30 minutes. Reason was they were allowing people to come in and decide where they are gonna be seated and sitting them after a 5 minute wait. It was strange after I complained 3 times I somehow was finally given a seat. When we came around the corner 8 tables were empty on that side alone and 3 waiters standing against the wall. Overall, the experience was okay. We didn’t wait long to get seated and our server was attentive. However, my soup was cold and my steak was over cooked and very dry. I hadn’t been to this Outback in over a year, and was a bit disappointed that they still haven’t masted the correct temperature of a steak.
Food was fabulous, potato soup 2 days in a row/so cold here. Server was great too.
