Went yesterday for our Wedding Anniversary. No wait time to be seated. Took forever to get our food. But our steaks were delicious. Waitress wasn't very good but the manager took care of us. Will be returning.
Try fully I was disappointed. It had been forever since we are at Outback. I got the 6 oz steak and it was the finest 6!oz steak I've ever seen. Taste was ok but I always got the special and they didn't even have it on the menu. Waitress said what I ordered was the same steak as the special. If I ever go back I will go to the one over off Nicholasville Rd..
Food and service was wonderful. I will definitely be back to visit.
My prime rib steak was so spicy, without the horseradish sauce I couldn't eat it, the au jus sauce was not any good. The draft beer taste flat, so much for my birthday dinner for two at $76.00. LAST TRIP THERE
We had a large group of 14, but told the hostess we would be split up. We sat and waited for over an hour while they proceeded to seat over 40 people, including groups of 11, 8 and 6. After we asked repeatedly and got "we are waiting on tables to leave" and then seated another group of 11, we walked out. That's absolutely no way to treat (would be) paying customers.
Very nice place to go and watch sports or to eat get to no people

Food was good service and the amount of time it took them to accommodate a party of 13 was ridicules we even called way ahead and arrived ahead of time still waited an hour and a half for seat one waitress for 13 people she couldn't Handel it , had to ask for refills waitress would disappear for long times on end really in happy
Horrible service last night. We were celebrating me graduating nursing school and the service was so slow despite there only being 2 other tables with people at them on our side of the restaurant. Took an hour and 10 minutes to get our food, couldn't hardly get a refill. Waitresses refused to carry trays of food and were instead sliding them on stands across the room, they bumped into countless people and couldn't have cared less. Super disappointed.
