Me and my fiancé dined here Saturday night. We expected a long wait, it being New Years Eve. To our surprise we got right in and seated. The food was amazing, as always. The waitress was quick. She was not personable as I believe a waitress should be. We were also seated by the bar at a smaller table. I witness the two female bartenders flirt with two male guests and make fun of a fellow employee rather than making sure all of their customers were happy and taken care of. I love this restaurant but this ruined my dinner.
Our waitress was to busy socializing with the booth in front and behind us. She took too long. My kids beer tasted like water they had trouble changing out the tap took for ever and way under staffed. The manager came over almost seemed like he was high or something place has gone downhill
The most rude people and extremely poor service. I will never be back to this very low class restaurant. The employee's were very very rude. The food was horrible the manager didn't care to correct the problem.
The steaks were over seasoned and burnt our mouths. No, really spicy, like something from Morocco. The waiter sat our party of 8 in two booths. Crowded. We asked to move to empty table but the empty table was not cleaned for 20 minutes. Two stars are generous for this experience. No apology for rude treatment from anyone, although the manager got my wife a new steak after everyone was finished with their meals, and the potato was hard as a rock. Great service NOT.
Told wait would be 15-25 minutes. Waited for an hour to be seated, which was fine. Sat night, 630p.m. we expected to wait. Had to wait an additional 10 minutes for silverware after our food got to the table. Then had to find a server to ask for ranch dressing. 2 waiters didn't come back when I ask for it. Kinda dissapointed. Food was great. Just service was horrible. We will try it again in the future, could have just caught them on the busiest night.
Food was great but sorry the service was off, girl was probably new but never the less I felt very rush when three bites into my steak she rudely forced the bill between my plate and tea and asked to take my daughters plate from her while she was literally cutting into her steak.. and never asked about desert which I was planning on the cheesecake
My husband and I love us some Outback. We try to eat there at least 3x a month.
Worst service I have ever had, Hostess was rude. Blooming onion burnt and hard. Waited 30 minutes for cold raw prime rib. Then 10 minutes more for Au jus
Food was awesome! Best steak I've ever ate! The waitess could have did better but the quality of the food Made up for it.
