Outstanding Father’s Day Experience! We celebrated Father’s Day at the Bethlehem Outback Steakhouse, and the entire experience was fantastic from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. Food was great no wait for our party of 5. Had never been to an Outback before. Only disappointment was the lemonade was listed with the sodas but they are NOT free refills so when your kid has 4 of them it's a bit of a shock at $5 each that's the only reason the food didn't get 5 stars. The server was ok she was polite but they were slow on check-in and the place was almost empty.
Disappointed. Food came out and was cold. It was obviously ready 20 minutes before it was brought out.
Ordered online and added allergy notations. Called to verify the notations were added. After a quick phone tag, we spoke to the manager Martin who was very helpful. He reassured us that the meal would be made with the appropriate safety precaution to avoid cross contamination. He even called back to let us know an item we selected wasn't able to be made Gluten Free. We really appreciated his attention to our order.
