The service was good. The food was not. The chicken breast was very small and a bit overcooked. The coconut shrimp were burnt. I allowed the server to talk me into getting a Rumchata. It tasted like coconut water. There was no toasted coconut on the rim of the glass and the pineapple chunk was hard. I hadn't been to Outback in 8 years. I don't know when I will come back.
I have the worst dietary issues and Adam our waiter and Cory the manager went that extra mile so that I could have a delicious and "safe" meal! You won us over indeed! Thank you both SO much! We are from out of town and so many choices of where to eat and you made us so glad we chose OUTBACK!
Food was good and warm when presented. Loved that they hire physically challenged individuals. Great place to dine.
Unprofessional staff, portions 1/4th the amount of other outbacks. Cold food, dirty silverware, and sticky tables! Should have known better! Was at an event they catered and it was an embarrassment! Everyone went home hungry! Don't waste your time or give a second chance!
Hmm, dirty cutlery, missing items, grisly steak, and the final straw... lack of server etiquette.
Started out OK, friendly and prompt. Downhill from there. My wife's second visit, my first. Ordered bloomin onion, then tried to order dinner. We both ordered different sirloin dinners, and were informed right then, "we're out of sirloin"..... What?! O.K. My wife's chicken was good, but my shoe leather, er, prime rib dip sandwich had me wishing for a Big Mac. Must've been a water shortage in Lee's Summit last night also.....
1st time getting a take out order from Outback and it was awesome!! The lady was very friendly and even put my bag in the back seat... We ordered fish tacos, ribeye sandwhich, and a steak kids meal and for a free blooming onion since some race car driver placed in NASCAR... That was a plus!! Everything was yummy!! Thank you Outback and I didn't get her name, but she's a keeper!!
Had the sirloin on the special, it was so fatty and gristled that I left a plate of chewed up meat that I couldn't swallow. Not impressed. I haven't eaten there in years because we found it bland and overpriced for the portion sizes and it was the same this time. The chicken strip dinner was more expensive than the steak???? One of the plates literally had 10 fries on it! That's an adult portion??? And one had 3 small pieces of broccoli for the side.
