I have always loved Outback and even named my home place Outback in ita honor. But yesterday took my granddaughter for her 16th birthday to the Outback in Lee Summit and the server was great. But the blooming onion was small and way over cooked. I had the petite sirloin and coconut shrimp with baked sweet potato. The steak had a large grisel running right down the middle and could hardly cut it as well was almost burnt on the outside. Was not as good as used to be. Our server, Jordan was great. The steaks were under cooked and tough. Manager came by, but just talked about nothing and walked away before we could discuss the crappie steaks.
I was very happy with the food. Our waitress Danielle was awesome. She was very attentative & very sweet. Always checking to see if everything or if anything we needed. I think she should be recommended for being an awesome waitress.
I ordered the 6 oz sirloin. It was soooo good. The waitress was very attentive. I noticed that steak sauce is no longer on the table nor is sweetener readily available. This is due to customers who think that anything on the table is included with their meal. Low life low class people ruin it for everyone.
Yesterday was my son and I birthday we went to Outback for dinner with family. I was not pleased with the food at all. My sister ordered the salmon and was told that Outback no longer carries that sauce that is normally served with it, my son had the chicken breast and macaroni and cheese . The chicken was greasy and the mac and cheese was not creamy and it was bland in which I would not allow him to eat it and we sent it back to get it removed off of our tab. Used to be one of my "go to" places. Tonight, wife's steak overdone, my order not what I ordered. Bartender has no clue how to prepare a martini. Waitress, rattled and unintelligible most of the time. Must be new management. I will wait for the next change.
Steak was delicious! Seasoned and cooked to perfection! Excellent service was very pleased!
The food was good wife got steak and shrimp and hash browns combo portions were small but very tasy, also ordered a Bloody Mary had to ask for it waitress forgot it,my meal was excellent the waitress was very quiet!
The lunch menu is extremely misleading. It says over 70 options for $6.99. There is only 1 option, soup and salad. The lunch steak options are the same price as dinner. If I wanted a dinner portion and or price, i would come for dinner. FOOD TASTE TERRIBLE AT LUNCH!!
