We eat here a few times a year, but last night was the worst experience we ever had.. The blooming onion was burnt, me and my 8 yr old ordered the side Caesar salad it tasted sour. My husband had a reg salad which was perfect. My daughter had the kids ribs, which was burnt and dry. I had the tilapia covered with crab meat PERFECT. My husband's steak was over cooked. Check came which was the wrong one. I should have paid that one, only $17

Outback app said table for 1 available now (5:05 pm). Arrived 5:10 pm. Hostess hemmed and hated. Table available but has 6 pm reservation. One other appropriate table was available but also later reserved. I guess 45 minutes isn't long enough for one person to eat dinner, even though I mentioned I was a fast diner. So guess what, I wasn't interested in waiting 20+ minutes for a table. I left. So much for their app and customer focus. Merry Christmas. Victor's here I come.

Last night was my first time visiting Outback and I must say that I was not impressed. I will never visit this place again. Steak was tough, shrimp cold and overcooked and bread and butter had hair in it. So disappointed...

For this to be a Champions Forrest location you would think better than average food quality and service. Service was pretty good, but food was mediocre at best. All party members ordered baked potatoes all the way. Every one was cold, wouldn't even melt the soft table side butter. Steaks were ok, slightly over cooked, but nearly flavorless until we added steak sauce. Little disappointed in the blooming onion. Very greasy and lacked adequate dipping sauce for 4 hungry adults. Been at better restaurants.

The service wasn't good. We had to wait on a large party seated after us to get their food before ours came. We were two adults and two children, and the children waited almost an hour for their food. We said something to the manager, who comped us a dessert which, once it arrived, was the wrong dessert. By then it felt more like a hostage situation, so we took it, and got out.

I ordered a 10 oz ribeye today. Really concerned about the steak being spoiled. The smell and taste was absolutely rancid. Asked manager to smell and taste it he did not. I am concerned about others health. Lucky for me I eat alot of steak and noticed it right away. Of course they did not charge me and offered to cook me another one. No thanks, I pass on spoiled steak meat.

First visit drink order was duplicated a d wrong. Steak ordered medium was well. Second visit Kitchen was 1.5 hours behind. Hostess and waitress conducted screaming match in the bathroom that all patrons could hear. Steak ordered medium was beyond well and approaching cardboard. Don't bother. Too many better options in Houston.
