Very slow night but slow service and they messed up our salads! Food was over-seasoned

Eating here right now and the service is super slow! I ordered a beer and haven't even got it yet and we been here like 25 mins. I hope the steak is good to make up for the slow service. **Update** Food was delicious. But didn't make up for the slow service I finally got my beer when I was about half way done with my entree. I told the manager and all she said was she was sorry and didn't even offer a drink on the house after seeing her offer one to another couple that was eating a couple tables over from us. Wow...what do you think about sitting and waiting 10 mins before asking what you want to drink. The server was very inappropriate after spilling water and leaving not worried about cleaning. Messed up!
My wife and I went there Saturday afternoon at 3:30 and ordered ice tea unsweetened, stuffed blooming onion, loaded baked potato soup and half order of ribs. The soup was so salty it could not be eaten, the loaded onion was a pile of overcooked greasy slop, so a plain blooming onion was substatuted. Another pile of overcooked grease and could not be eaten the ribs were done very good BUT the BBQ sauce was so overwhelming you could not taste the meat at all. I asked for Gluten free food, that didn't happen. I knew there was gluten and I should have said something. Horrible experience.
Our food was good. Had a Bloomin onion and Wedge salads but the best was our server named Dylan. He was very personable and we enjoyed talking and laughing.
