Seventeen members of our family went to Outback in Frederick, Md to celebrate my birthday. The food was amazing, the service was prompt, the wait staff was very attentive and we were able to sit together thanks to a reservation. We always enjoy our visits to Outback!
When we got there, they weren’t sitting customers because there wasn’t enough wait staff. We waited a half an hour and tomorrow please arrived, and then we were seated. Strange. There were many empty tables, but two few waitresses. Tony really enjoyed his meal. My salad was OK.
A few weeks ago I called in an order of soup and salad for myself and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I get there on time and then proceeded to sit for another 20 minutes! Ok, any chain can have a bad day so I let it go. So, today I called at about 12 to order lunch to go for the family. Once through the answering machine and pushing buttons the phone rang for about a minute before someone answered.
