Service is normally great. Wait always is longer then quoted. Even with call ahead seating. My bigges complaint is when you ask for a steak to be cooked medium well. I always ask to make sure that means, Light pink in the center. The past 2 times I have requested my steak medium well, It has come out medium RARE- You gladyl will cook it more.
