I placed a order for pick on Friday August 12, 2016, I did this on the app @ 6:30pm it told me my food would be ready @ 7:10. When I arrived there was no where to park at the crib side service (no big deal) so I went inside. I paid for my order and was told it would be a few minutes, 50 minute later I received my food told the waitress how disappointed I was in the service and she shrugged her shoulders and offered me a complimentary soft drink for my inconvenience... My family and I spent 15 minutes waiting for a server to come to our table after the hostess sat us. 15 minutes and numerous servers walked by and even helped tables that were sat after us. Will be hard to come back to crappy service like that, we told the hostess on the way out and she said ok.
I've been living here in Frederick for 15 years and have been to that restaurant 2 to 3 times a year and at no time was I disappointed with the service or the food great place.
