Dinner was served exactly how its supposed to be! Timing was perfect between courses..No wait between appetizer, dinner, and desert. Everything was hot and cooked to perfection. The whole staff was very welcoming but Jordan's service was exceptional.
I go to the Outback in Williamsburg, Va several times a year. I must say that normally I always get excellent service. Not so much this time. They were not busy but the wait staff seemed very distracted. But as I said I normally have never gotten bad service or food from any Outback Steak House

The food was decent. We were a little grossed out by the fact we were seated by a table that had been left unbussed for 20 minutes plus as we could see it while we were waiting. We asked that it be cleared because it was so unappealing to sit next to a table of dishes filled with food remnants left by customers long gone. Our waitress was friendly and accommodating and no made sure our drink stayed full and we had everything we needed.
Had to wait about 40 minutes after a server refused to take an additional table (hence 4 stars instead of 5) but otherwise everything was great. Matt did an outstanding job with service, he was very pleasant and made sure we had everything we needed. My meal was delicious, best dining experience I had out in quite some time and I dine out at least 3 times per week. The entire table was impressed, my sister made the comment, "we need to come here more often, everything was great". I truly enjoyed it.
Both steaks not cooked to order. Took a while to get the silverware. Other than that it was OK.
