We went here for our anniversary last night just like we always do. There were issues with our food (which has never happened at Outback) and it had to be sent back twice. The server brought the manager over and she compensated us in triple for our bad experience. We were flabbergasted! Our server's name was Katie and she was wonderful! We didn't get the manager's name, but she had long blonde hair, and she was equally wonderful! We highly recommend this Outback! ❤❤
Katerah was our server, excellent service, very friendly! We had the 4 course meal, oh so good! I suggest everyone to try the Tito's Cucumber Infused Lemonade... sooo awesome!! Thanks Outback!!
Great Place.....very outgoing. The staff treats you like family!! Easy to reserve for parties, and family dinners.
Burnt onion bloom (appetizer). Sent it back...the replacement was just as burnt. Couldn't eat it. Most Outbacks ask you if you want wood fire grilled or traditional... They didn't ask. Ordered steak w/ lobster tail. Steak came but lobster tail didn't. Told them...when they brought it out it was under cooked. And server didn't bring melted butter for dipping. Couldn't eat it. Steak was cold. Mashed potatoes were cold, lumpy, and dry....as if they weren't mashed potatoes at all... like they were scooped out of the middle of ye... read more
Used to go every Sunday for lunch until they shortened their menu ! good food, but no prime rib !
