We like to eat there but today with very few people in the restaurant we walked out after waiting over 10 minutes and not being waited on. Waited on immediately at Longhorn that has a full restaurant.
Had a late lunch early dinner at Outback today and everything was excellent. That rarely happens anywhere. Our steak was perfect, the salad was cold and fresh. Bruce our server was knowledgeable and friendly. He made suggestions and was taken back when we asked to talk to the manager because i think he thought we wanted to complain, when we really wanted to compliment the great food and service. We always try to let management know when we receive great food and service. We will be back!
2 hours of waiting and finally eaten....good undercooked not hot and people all around us coming and going this whole time. Server was nice but manager not so much. 7 kids and four adults if they can't handle that on a busy night I am not going back.
