I have no idea why, but this was my first real experience with Outback Steak House. My family and I always defaulted to the "other" well known steakhouse in the past for no other reason other than it was what we knew. Went for my daughters birthday. I ordered the quesadilla. Everybody's meal came but mine. The server said he saw it up on the bar and would bring it back. After fifteen minutes we went to get a manager and I got my order. The quesadilla only had one small piece of steak per slice and the rest was cheese and a very hard tortilla. One of the steaks was burned black and the baked potatoes had been on a warmer for too many days. They had to be cooked for at least a day.
