I have dined at Outback in many cities all around the US, and I’ve always had an enjoyable experience...until tonight. It started when it took over five minutes for someone to approach our table and take our drink order. It continued when we had to ask for silverware after our salads were delivered. It didn’t stop there. I ordered a New York Strip cooked medium, and it came to the table almost raw—very red! They took it back and cooked another one correctly, and everything ended up being satisfactory as far as the food goes.... read more

Twenty five minutes late on curbside order. Ordered full rack of ribs, but only got half. The time before this my curbside was twenty minutes late.
