This place was absolutely HORRIBLE! Ordered a prime rib Cooked medium. They brought it out and it was tough and too cooked. So I sent it back. The manager said they would get me a new piece. They COOKED IT MORE and brought it back out. It was still rough and dry even more so than before. They messed up my husband’s baked potato. The service took FOREVER! I will never visit any Outback because of my visit to the Salinas location today. Table and floors were very sticky, bathrooms were disgusting, and the food what not what was presented on the menu. WE arrived before 4pm but were not waited on for about 20 minutes, and they did not appear busy, but by the time out order was submitted it was after 4 and the chef would not honor the lunch menu. We were never checked on, and the food was not worth the menu price. Don't waste your time.
The inside is nasty floors are very sticky. Restrooms need service they had no TP and TP on the floor. How can the health department let them stay in business???? If the dinning area is filthy imagine the kitchen area!! 🤬
The service was slow and it took 30 minutes or more to get our drinks. The place was not busy and our waitress was lacking. I will not be back to this establishment in the future.

This restaurant has gone completely down hill. Not only is the restaurant dirt but the quality of the food and service is very poor. So sad, it use to be a clean fun place to eat.

My son wanted to go eat here for his 15th birthday we had a wonderful time and meal but the only thing I wish they had done was singing Happy Birthday to him guess they don't do that any more so we sang to him ourselves but all in all he enjoyed his B/Day & that's what matters most �
