Nice place to have dinner, nice selection cut of steaks. Nice selection beer and wine.
Table of four, service was slow, very rarely saw our sever. Ordered the prime rib, asked for it rare, came to the table served Outback style, sweet potato was no bigger than a golf ball. I’m not bothering to send it back as it’s not worth the headache, we will be looking for a different steakhouse from now on.
Out of rib, mahi mahi and the lunch service sucked in Salinas

Service was terrible and slow! We ended up leaving before ever even receiving our meal.
The restaurant needs better management. The floors are dirty, layered with dirt and grime. The service was slow. Tables were dirty, they seemed under staffed from servers to kitchen staff. We waited 15 minutes in a pretty empty restaurant. The food was below par for Outback. Honestly, if I would have seen the condition of the floors and restroom I would have walked out before ordering. Our server was kind and kept apologizing to surroundings tables for the slow service. He kept saying the kitchen staff was overwhelmed.
I suspect this location is not managed well. We waited over 20 minutes to get a table, even though several tables were empty. The prime rib wasn't available, nor the sweet potatoes. My son requested a rib eye with the bone out and it was bone in. The salad was lacking in dressing. Overall, a sub-par experience for Outback.
