Our server was great. I wish I could remember her name. Outback is one of my favorite restaurants and I love this location. However, this last time I went could have been better. First off, we had to move tables because the guy behind took his shoes off and his feet smelt so bad I could still smell them everytime someone would walk by after we moved (which is not Outbacks fault, I might add. We had to send two dishes back. My prime rib was rare, asked for medium well. My granddaughters ribs were dry. Changed entre to steak. Staff was accommodating, but now to happy with the food.

We went out for my son's birthday dinner because he loves steak. We've actually been to this location several times in the last 6 months & it's always been delicious....except this time. After our mouths were on fire from the overly seasoned steaks & our waiter forgetting to bring back my son's drink refill we decided to say something. It a shame that you pay top dollar for a meal and receive horrible service . Ask for ketchup and it takes a half an hour to receive. No apologies really. Waitress was busy taking photos.
