I took my kids and grandson for a birthday dinner. We had a very nice and attentive waitress. All the food was served hot and in a timely manner. It was delicious too :)
Portions are smaller but prices going up. My signatue steak was over spice. My granddaughter’s children’s burger was over spiced, she got half diwn before she gave up. Not as good and enjoyable as it used to be.
Great food. Great service. Wonderful server. No waiting.
My steak was perfect. My husband said the shrimp he had was the best he'd had in a long time. Watched how others were being taken care of. Very good wait staff. Will definitely return.
Bad experience. My daughter planned my birthday party...they made us wait an hour to be seated because a 3 person table decided to stay an extra hour past finishing their dinner...the GM, Aaron Butler, felt he had to yell at my daughter for inquiring whether they would be done soon. FIRST of all, if Outback had planned better, our party of over 23 would not have had to wait over an hour in the lobby. Great early evening dinner. Sat at the bar and was well served. Food was great value and very enjoyable.
