So disappointed in Outback. Went for my wife's birthday dinner Friday night and it was terrible. What happened? Used to love going there. Not again!
Our waiter seemed bored and didn't want to come to our table. We ordered a steak medium rare and the steak came our cold in the center. My family and I ABSOLUTELY will not be back and will tell everyone I know how the service and atmosphere was.
Went out for an early Mothers Day dinner and had the worst experience ever. The waitress Michelle was horrible- we should've known when at the beginning she said that she will try her best- after waiting about an hour she came out to tell us that what we ordered wasn't available- seriously- the key manager said that they were sold out of that menu item for a while and she should have known. We had to have other servers get us stuff--all the way to getting the check everything was messed up. Too much to type. Definitively won... read more
