Shawna was put waitress. She was polite and I won't this review against her. The cook could not make a steak to order if it meant their life depended on it. I ordered a 9oz sirloin, medium well. It came out well down and burned. The garlic potatoes was cold. When I told Shawna, she asked if I wanted another steal and the potatoes. I declined, because I knew that they might do something to my food. There was three messed up orders out of our table of six. Appetizers arrived before bread. Meals arrived before soup or salads. Half of the meals arrived without sides. Sat for 10 minutes with a completely empty drink glass. Was told the kitchen was having "problems tonight". Nothing taken off. Not even a visit from the manager. I have had bad service there before but at least they seemed to care. This time they sure didn't.
The food delicious the potato got an ok not great. The temperature in the restaurant to cold. It brought back nightmare memories of being locked in a freezer. Please I understand your kitchen is hot your dinning room should be at a comfortable setting.. This is Florida lots of seniors.. What will happen is people will remember how cold and not come back. Seniors can be that way. So if you want to make money tips and all raise your temp in the dining room.

Great service loved the sweet tea and food.
