The crab cakes are advertised as 3 large ...only received 2 and they are 80% bread and fillers with 20% crab. Ordered the half slab of ribs and got a quarter slab... Will not be going back!
I'm scared to see what they do with quality control that we can't see. Our crab meat expired earlier today. But they left the label on it saying it expired 10:05 am on 10/21. Got our take out at 4pm. Seriously not a huge issue in itself, but what's ok .. 4 hours, 10 hours, 24 hours, 36 hours after expiration ?
The food was alright. My husband really enjoyed his, but mine came out cooked wrong, twice. I ordered medium filet medallions. They came out well. I mentioned it to the waitress who said, ok..then disappeared. Came back and said they'd do em again. 15 minutes later my husband is done with his food and I'm still waiting. Brought out new medallions, they were borderline rare. I didn't wanna send em back again cause I didn't want my hubs to have to wait another 15 minutes before I could even start eating. Visited with 7 adults, 6 grandkids, as it's a centralized location for our families. Although our server was attentive, the portions and cooking were a disappointment. My daughters $22 filet (?) was overcooked, as it was 1/2 as thick as the menu photos. In fact it was indistinguishable from the kids steak. Her re-order took so long they finally renmved it from the bill.
Steak was very overcooked, dry and flavorless. Waitress never asked how it was even.

Our Server was so nice & friendly . The food came out fresh and everything was perfect . Great place and i recommend this Outback
The Waitress I had last night was incredibly rude, pretty much trying to kick me out last minute an hour before closing. I'm never coming back!
