I was skeptical about returning to the Outback since my last experience (I was at a different location the first time), so I decided to go, the food was horrible and I left half of my meal there. I would not recommend!

We had the best time! Our waiter, Mike, was amazing. He was patient while we were waiting for the rest of our party to arrive and he never rushed us. He made sure everything was good and stayed on top of refills. I haven't been to Outback in years but if this is the type of service I'll get, I will definitely be back.
Our server Melissa was amazing. Food was really good and everything came out in a timely manner. The only thing negative I could even say would be the potato was undercooked. But service was great.
I had the rib and chicken on the Barbie. Seasoned to perfection. Bar-b-que sauce was finger licking good.

After waiting for over an hour for our steaks the manager comes out and takes full responsibility for our food and our service being horrible. Finally, about 20 minutes after that our food comes but it's not what we ordered! The manager tried to say it was as he debated looking at it but unfortunately there is a difference between filet magnon and a 6 oz house steak, needless to say we left without eating.
