Takeout Service Slow and we noticed food was not made as ordered and delivered 1 hour late
We’ve been waiting 45 minutes past our pickup time. They said they finally “found” our order. They have no idea what they’re doing. We are missing items and it’s cold. We’ve been under the curbside rule for weeks now. Get it together, bring back help or shut your doors. Terrible service and food!
I get they are doing the curb side orders because of the virus. we ordered our food. took 20 mins then they sent a text saying its done and will be out shortly. its taken longer for them to get the food out then it has to actually cook. going on 30 mins while I'm pretty sure I see my food right inside. love the place but would not recommend curbside pick up
the girl that served us just seemed like she had no idea what she was doing. instead of serving drinks to each person she would lean over one person to give the drink to the next instead of going around and it was the same when serving. my step dad's steak came out bloody and had to be sent back three times. we've never experienced this poor of service.
cook people food the way they ask..
Macedonia always gets my order wrong. Always. Yesterday the restaurant was so cold that guest had to wear coats. We sat down and nobody even took drink orders for 15 min. We left and ate elsewhere.

Ordered last night via DoorDash, food was terrible and 3 items were missing! Also waited 2 hours for terrible food, very disappointed in this location.
Food was a little slow coming out, only got one little bread. Server was nice and polite. The hostess was not on here game. I will go back but don’t know when. Food was good
