Wonderful dinner on a very, cold, snowy night. Staff was attentive and meal was exactly as we ordered it. Had a very nice visit with Daniel, the manager, who remembered us from a previous dining experience almost a year ago. He definitely made us feel welcome and made a very nice impression on the couple dining with us. Daniel wanted to make sure we were entirely happy with our meal and our visit. He is one of the best examples of a manager who wants to keep his customers coming back, and we will! Dave's mom.
Had a great time. Excellent service from staff and my meal was very good as always.
It was an absolutely awful experience. Our party waited way too long to even get the chance to order. Took forever to get our food after we ordered. There was missing food from our order and our steaks were over cooked and dry. Yet, they were still cold as well. No flavor at all. The meals were brought out at different times. Had an impromptu visit by 20 members of our kids hockey team from Canada and had a incredible experience because of the hard work and attentativeness by staff. One organized and server looked after our large group without missing a beat, while the Manager canvased our table for feedback while helping the server make sure our experience was great. Service was very good, food was ok, dessert was a huge disappointment. We were so full from dinner we asked for our cheesecake to go...opened it up later to find just a tiny sliver of cheesecake with the topping in a little dressing cup on the side...cheesecake was very tasteless. Not the quality we expected for the hefty price we paid.
Our wait was a little long but was worth. While we were waiting our daughter inlaw and hubby came in to eat so we shared a table and had a awesome dinner!
