It was my birthday meal and it was a very disappointing experience. We went specifically to Outback for their blooming onion and it was an epic failure. It was over cooked it was tiny it was nothing compared to the picture that they've displayed. We had the steak quesadilla that had absolutely no flavor to it and it too was a little over cooked. Went on 01/28/2017 with my sister and 82 yr old mother. Sister ordered a dirty martini. Tasted bad like the olives were old and uncovered in the fridge. Mom ordered a salad with blue cheese and our waitress, Excell, who was also the bartender, brought her a Caesar salad. We told her that mom got the wrong salad and did she bring her the right salad? We came out for my brothers birthday day dinner tonight. We did have a large party and made reservations. We were about 15 minutes early and didn't get seated till about 20 minutes after our scheduled time. Almost every orders completely messed up, missing sides, wrong sides, cold food, foods cooked incorrect, steak had a tendon throughout the entire thing and a bunch of fat too, hardly any edible meat on it, forgotten food for some of our party too until we had to ask about it. I usually don't complain but our experience this evening was awful. Having been in the industry for a decade, I get busy nights. However, we only received half of our food. We had to remind them to bring it out the rest. It wouldn't have been such a big deal if we didn't have 5 hungry kiddos waiting impatiently. What's worse is the manager kept saying our food was fine. We had a large party, made reservations. Orders were messed up, food was cold, expensive for what we got served. My Cobb salad literally had a teaspoon of bacon bits, a teaspoon of shredded cheese and some grilles chicken . 3 tiny halves of grape tomato and I was charged 16.00. My friends meals were just as measly or over/undercooked. I would order the same thing at sheris, pay half the price for twice as much food! Manager tried to make all new food and gave credits but too late by that point. Never ever going back!! Yuck!

This place leads all others in service. The hostess and manager were outstanding. I had the amazing lamb and it was prepared perfectly. I had spilled my drink and it was replaced, tho it was my fault. Best Outback I have ever been to.
Service was great. Even the manager walks around asking if anything else is needed and checking on folks. He was walking around with extra cups of dressings. My bar drink was great. Had the mushrooms first, yummy. My salad was sad, small, just iceberg lettuce, nothing green and one cherry tomato cut in half. I ordered the sirloin and lobster tail special. Got what I paid for, 3 small bites of tasty lobster and decent sirloin cooked just as I asked for medium rare.
