Great service and great food
Walked in with a party of 5. Seat us in a booth for 4. Party of three was behind us. Seat them in a booth that would seat 6. We had a small child with us and gave us no kids menu. Hostess did not seem happy to seat us. Was not crowded at all. We sat down first and 5 other tables got their food first. We love Outback and we have eaten at many of them across the country. This was the most disappointing one we have been at.
The service was horrible! Our young waitress was more concerned about sitting in the bar area and talking to her friends then taking care of her customers. The blooming onion was burnt and steaks were well done although we ordered medium rare. She never checked on us or to see if our food was ok. We had to ask another waitress to get her so we could get our ticket. It was a horrible experience and we will not be back.
Loved the service and the food�
The steak was good. I had the Victoria's filet. Little over-cooked. I ordered medium. It was more medium well, but edible. Service (ate in bar) was very good. Friendly.

WOW!! I am blown away by Ashley Yawn's sincere apology for a less than perfect birthday dinner. She sent us flowers in a beautiful old pickup truck planter along with a note to make it right on them!
Not always the best but what restaurant is ....but I love the salad dressing ranch ...
