Burgers were over cooked and dry as hell. Service was not any better. won't be going back there anytime soon or EVER.
RecommendedI was in the bar area and the bartender came out to get my drink while waiting on my server...well server never came and the Sweet Amber-bartender came back to me again and gave me advice on my meal and took my order, shortly after a very Friendly Manager came and he was Great as well...my salad, bread and drink were Good but my Entree was not good!!! I will return bc I love steak just won't be ordering that entree again
Good service and food, in and out quickly
the bar was almost empty out of bread and terrible service
Service was AWFUL, not once saw the manager until being confronted almost at the car about our bill that he didn’t know we payed on their “online app”.... and he was not apologetic at ALL! They were completely out of bread, absolutely no alcohol, and the worst part is no management to talk to! “Dalton” the “manager” didn’t talk to us one time! Don’t get me wrong I LOVE Outback Steakhouse but this outback is a disaster with absolutely no hospitality.
The food, the service, everything!!
Food was good. Service was TERRIBLE. Very slow service even though the restaurant had very few customers. An hour lunch turned into an hour and a half at Outback. Were ignored even though we let them know we were pressed for time. Bring Kevin Luke back. This never would have happened with him there.
We just had an incident there. Our future daughter-in-law fell after coming out of the bathroom. The manager gave a VERY poor response. We normally eat there 3-4 times a month. Not anymore. Looking forward to talking to the owner tomorrow.
