Awesome food and awesome service. We dined at this location on last week and enjoyed so that hubby left cell phone on table. I called phone that morning and a staff member answered and told us where phone was. This was a rare act of honesty in the current time. Please please patronize this location. They have more than great food and service...they have INTEGRITY!
Food and service was good. I will definitely visit again along with my family.
Love it. The volcano shrimp are wonderful. I feel certain the feeling will come back to my lips.
Fourth and final time trying to get a decent meal at Outback. This last time we said "they can't screw up a hamburger" but they did-it had no taste at all, tasted old. If it weren't for the mustard and ketchup you wouldn't have known there was anything but bread and tomato to eat. The server was fine especially since there were only 6 people including us in her section, of course she never asked if we wanted more drinks or if everything was fine-maybe she knew what the answer would be. Worst meal I have had EVER. My steak was wrong, they couldn't figure out if they had soup or not, rotten vegetables in my salad, when they brought my food back it was cold and nasty. The manager tried to lie about the food and then did nothing to appease me so I sat while my husband and son ate. So much for a family meal. We will NEVER be back.
The manager Aaron knows what customer service means. We had a special request that our waiter Nathan graciously took and was out of the ordinary. Aaron came by the table chatted a moment and stated they would do their best to accommodate us. It was to remove the onions from the French onion soup. They did a superb job!
Victoria was our server on Valentines Day 2015 and I couldn't have ask for a better one! Food was excellent,drinks made to perfection and we didn't have to wait long to be seated. Can't wait to for our next dinner @ Outback Cordova. :-)
