I really enjoyed atmosphere and the hostess was on point ☝️ with service, food 🥘 was very good 😊
We had a great time. The food was great and the service from Kacee was incredible. The restaurant was having a bad day. The air had gone out but they had a company working on it and was fixed before we left. Our displeasure was the couple complaining that got seated next to us. They were rigid before they sat down,and wanted to see a manager. Complaining about the heat as well as 2 additional times for other reasons they asked to speak to the mgr. Got here with a party of 12 at 7:20pm we got seated at 8:36 and it's now 9:45 and we still don't have food.they took half our orders than got the other half 30 minutes later they close at 10pm.the server is really trying her helper is rude we had to ask for our refills and as I'm writing at 9:47 still No food never again.no manager came to check on us so sad.we can't make it to our other event our day is ruined.
Sending a High 5 out to the Evening manager Tuesday May 13 for accommodating our group of 16 on the fly. The Service was fantastic and so was the Food :)
Don't even bother! Or waste your time entering any instructions when ordering online because they don't care. And the manager (Alissa), needs to learn how to be a manager because, when I wasn't a ray of sunshine when my order was screwed up, she basically stormed off and did nothing to try and make the situation right.
I had the four course dinner for $14.99! The sirloin was tender, juicy and cooked to perfection. The meal was so filling that I took my dessert to go. Our server Joe was great. Perfect date night!
