Oh my goodness! This place is worth EVERY CENT! Their food is sooo good, and sooo filling! The waitstaff was great , too! They talked to my daughters, and even held a conversation with one of them! The waitress, when she found out we were visiting for our first time, explained everything to us, and warned us about the spices they use, and even brought a sample of the spices so we would know exactly what we wanted. We were more than just a table number to them!
Don't forget the Lamb! – Outback has above average steaks, but don't forget the Lamb, which may be the best thing on the Menu.

So Not – Consistency is a problem at Outback. One time steak is nicely seasoned so you can taste the great flavor of the meat, next time so much seasoning you can't taste anything. This is a good steakhouse for Cinnamon Ice Cream.
Not if there's a choice – Maybe it was because we had one of those "two lunches for $10" coupons, but if the two meals we had were representative of what is typically offered, we don't know how the place stays in business. Maybe for some, it's a "fun" place to go because of the music ... country, of course. But we won't go back to give it a second try if we want to have a "nice" dinner. The Outback is not a steakhouse, it is a pub. As far as pubs go, the placee is fine. As far as a steakhouse goes, it sucks. The ambience is that of familiarity instead of formality, the waitstaff is college kids not professional waitstaff, and the quality of the food is poor.
