This particular restaurant was wonderful. Candice was our server and she gave exceptional service. The food was wonderful too.
Horrible service and horrible food. I'll not go back to any Outback Steak house. As long as I live.
Not a fan. Still had to wait for call ahead seating, sevice was mediocre, had to wait for silverware, took forever for food, took forever with drinks, had to wait for just simple condiments like ketchup... only to be given in a styrofoam cup and to top it off the sides were COLD. We took advantage of call ahead seating. So even though they were very busy last Saturday evening, we didn’t wait more than 15 minutes for our party of 7. The waiter was very nice and so was management.
I was told my wait time for our table was 20 min, took 25 but ok. When we were directed to our table, 8 tables were empty. When I asked the waitress why was my wait so long when they have do many tables were open??? Clearly my time has no value to this Steakhouse! When the Manager on duty came to enquire about my concern and he listened then addressed my concerns. Daughter ordered steakhouse salad medium rare it came out rate still bleeding all ordered rib-eyes mine looked like a sirloin there’s looked great I sent it back waitress was great food was sub par used to be a lot better
