The flavor of their steaks are amazing, however the QUALITY has gotten really BAD!! Today ordered 2 center cut sirloins that were really tough. Fed most of it to my dog. Also ordered cheese fries, (why not use a cheese sauce), instead of melted cheese? Can't even pry the fries apart. The Kookaburra wings have an awesome flavor, but a bit pricey. In my opinion the wings and the blooming onion are the only things on the menu worth eating.
Xavier the manager at Outback was EXTREMELY RUDE and nasty. His team delivered my food 40 minutes early. I had it scheduled to be delivered at 9:20 pm, they came at 8:40pm. I scheduled it for 9:20 so that my husband can eat his steak while it’s hot, when he got home from work. RecommendedGreat food and the best strawberry daiquiris!! I had to get 2 of them and thought the bartender made them but it was my waitress!! I also let the manager in duty know that they were the best I’ve ever had in my whole life ! Wish I could remember her name but it was on Monday Sept 28 app 7pm.
