Had a racist waiter that went out his way to make this a bad experience .
Very disappointing. I called ahead and still had to wait 25 minutes. So decided to go into bar for a table. Server said they were out of 11 oz steaks, so I ended up ordering the 8oz and it came back almost well done when I ordered it medium well. The last time I ordered it medium it came back as medium rare. So there's is no telling if the cook knows how to judge a steaks doneness. Maybe the cooks should take a lesson from Texas Roadhouse. I heard your place disrespected a veteran (who also is battling Cancer) and his family. I know the family that was disrespected. I will NEVER visit Outback Steakhouse again. SHAME ON YOUR MANAGEMENT AT THIS LOCATION.
We ordered a blooming onion and didn't get when we got our salad 5 seconds after our meals came out. Our waitress kept forgetting stuff. My baked potato was dry, just disappointed don't think we will be returning.
We are Texas Rd. house people... But....Ryan the manager MORE than took care of us!! WE WILL BE BACK SOON.
Great service from the hostess table to the dinner table. Check in online and had a short wait 10mins. Great server Bianca and the manger Richard was very attentive. The $15.99 steak and lobster tail was perfect. We will be back soon for sure.
