My steak was so tough, I couldn't even cut it with a steak knife. It was sent back and I was not charged for it. It was our anniversary,so I wasn't very happy. My husband's steak ok but not special.
GET SOME SECURITY CAMERAS...!!!! Do not go to dinner here unless you want to chance your car window being busted In and your valuables stolen. I'm sure you patrons are tired of being robbed in your parking lots and it's sad.. Because it only cost about a hundred bucks for a security system and you guys have probably spent waaaay more money on all the food comps every time a car gets broken into on your lot. Waitress was great however the1st steak came out cold and I sent it back. Everyone else had finished eating by the time my second steak came out and it was undercooked. I will not be returning.
Best food ever and am very very happy with the service we get. We will be returning for sure.
My review is based on the curbside service and not the done in. I've never had a bad meal at this place, dine in or to go till last night. We placed our orders online, was told they would be ready by a specific time, showed up at that time. When the food was unpacked at home, no more than 4mins after pickup, the food was lukewarm at best. You know- sat out under the warmer lukewarm and some including potatoes were cold. Bathroom very nasty smelled like smoke. Salad had a hair in it server acted like no big deal.very poor service will never return to this location in katy.
