I visited the Outback Steakhouse in St. Augustine on October 5th, arriving at 1:25 PM. My wife and I waited over 25 minutes without being greeted or served. After I approached the front desk, our server Chris came over, apologized briefly, and took our drink order—but wasn’t ready to take our food order.
