What a turn from 8 months ago. On Sunday, we had a great visit to the Outback Steakhouse on SR 312 in St. Augustine! The food took a little while to come out, but it was absolutely delicious, priced right, and worth the wait. A huge shoutout to our server, Jacob N., who was fantastic and super attentive—he kept us stocked with fresh bread so we wouldn't be hungry while waiting and made sure we had everything we needed. Excellent service!
Any Outback location is always a hit or miss for me for customer service. But tonight Amaya was GREAT. She was funny and gave the energy I needed. she checked in on us and made sure we were good the right amount, i never felt like i was searching for her or begging her to leave. Honestly would come back just to chat with her!
Heather was absolutely incredible!!! I’ve had some waiters and waitresses that you can tell don’t care as much about the service that you get but I could not hype her up enough. She was incredibly patient and sweet, funny too!! The consistency was on point and by far the best experience I’ve had and I come all the time! So bummed the review on the tablet timed out because I could rave on and on about her! I can only hope other people get to share the same experience I did tonight -from the Shirley temple shark girl
