It’s no longer there
We are moving to Birmingham due to job change. After a long day of looking for apartments, we decided to celebrate finding a good one before we crashed out at the Best Western nearby this Outback. Our silverware was filthy and we asked for replacement silverware. These, too, were filthy (grease smudges, caked, dried food, etc). I went tonight and was a little leery because of the bad reviews they've been getting lately, but decided to give them a try. Everything was wonderful! Service was excellent. Steak was tender and juicy and cooked just right. They got my special order exactly right. Timing was perfect. Speedy service and the food was the right temperature. Took about 30 minutes to get my Steak and potatoe and they were cold, salad wss good, the tea was very good. Took about 35 minutes to get the bill.
Ordered a steak and salad. after 20 mins the steak comes out. (cooked wrong) I said normally a salad come out first, response was... oh well we must have forgot. Forgot? Two items ordered and you screw it up? Unreal. Never did get a salad at all. I wrote Outback Corporate to complain but after 3 weeks they must be too busy to even acknoledge a paying customer. Not a single word back from them. Stay away from this Outback. Heck, stay away from ALL Outbacks. Spend your money with a resturant that cares about customers.
