For me the smile is first thing introducing the restaurant, the waitres was super nice and his service was 10/10 he deserved 5 thank you so much, food was 5 all staff 5 , thank you for birthday song and everything you did for us. love you guys.
So lately, Outback seemed like a good idea for a change. But the same bartender who talks all the time about her wedding. Did not tonight, thank goodness.. Took forever to wait on us, then had an attitude when I asked for a Red Blend wine...showed me the bottles behind her for Cabernets....Slow to serve, had attitude when my husband poured his beer in ice.....Never has that been an issue, but tonight she chose to tell us company policy why not the other times we have been there...married 40 years, he has done it all the time... read more
