Ate here with my girlfriend a few weeks ago. Most of the food was fine, but my medium rare sirloin was very rare. The manager came out and asked what was wrong, etc. She offered me a new one, which also came out 5-10 minutes later very rare. She agreed with me. The third time was acceptable but still not what I would call medium rare. I've never sent a steak back anywhere and very rarely ask for food to be send back or taken off the bill in general. the togo team is disrespectful. i just picked up a doordash order and 2 of the workers were laughing at me. if you’re going to laugh at your customers, at least do it in secrecy. this experience puts a bad taste in my mouth and makes me disinterested in eating at this specific location.
