Great atmosphere and service, always felt attended to and comfortable!
Been coming here and specifically this location for several months now due to my homelessness and wanting food close to my own cooking. It started off good like most things, but in the last 2 weeks I have gotten a burnt on the outside raw on the inside sirloin steak, and just now, the same thing with my chopped steak. Wonderful meal and service!
Almost every meal we have is at home because we’re usually dissatisfied with food or service while we’re out. This was a huge exception. My bf has had a gift card for quite a while so we decided to stop at the W. Chester Outback, Saturday evening. Omgosh, it was better than anything we could have prepared at home, so we were delighted. Very disappointed with my dinner tonight. I decided to treat myself and spent the extra money on the prime rib for takeout—big mistake. I ordered it medium, but it was so tough I felt like I needed a chainsaw to cut it. It also lacked seasoning and just wasn’t enjoyable. I did call the restaurant, and the owner, Shea, was very sweet and immediately worked to make it right, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, it doesn’t fix tonight’s disappointing dinner.
