Carry-out food routinely sits on the shelf in plain view of pickup for 20-30 minutes before being brought out. Several times I've had to go in and get my own food off the shelf, while simultaneously being told it wasn't ready yet. Always cold.
Food was very good
Matt did a fantastic job as our server tonight! He had amazing customer service, checked in on us frequently, and made sure we were always good with everything! The customer service is always really great at this location, and I have a great experience with everyone! Outback is lucky to have Matt with customer service as great as his!
Tin and Carson were great!! Food was great, service honestly even better. Seems like a really new building, super clean.
